Section 16.2.3 - Building Height C-2 Arterial Commercial
Mr. Bruce Francis and Ms. Joanne Wright made a brief presentation on behalf
of the architects for the Kahkewistahaw First Nation regarding the building
height of a new four-storey office building on their property on West Broadway.
A site plan for the area was presented and they spoke in favour of the amendment
to the Zoning Bylaw No. 14/2003, Section 16.2.3 building height C-2
Arterial Commercial.

Setback Requirements R-1 General Residential District
No one was in attendance at the Public Hearing portion of the meeting to

with a further amendment to Section 4.1 of Policy 10.240 (new policy No. 20.190)

future policy approvals are handled by Administration.

Director of Planning and Engineering Dracup Corridor Storm Water
Retention Study
A memorandum dated January 17, 2006 from the Director of Planning and
Engineering along with pertinent background information regarding a request for
proposals to review the design options and placement of a storm water management
system along Dracup Avenue were circulated for the consideration of Council.
