Candidate Profiles

Lenore Pinder

As a resident in the Good Spirit School Division and the parent of a three year old, Lenore Pinder has a vested interest in ensuring high quality, safe and sustainable education for students in the Good Spirit School Division.

As a director on the local Credit Union Board, Lenore was involved in initial work regarding amalgamation of credit unions in the area to ensure a viable and sustainable organization for the membership.  Lenore has volunteered with local youth activities as a youth sport coach and in board positions for youth organizations.  As a parent of a young child, Lenore looks forward to many more years of volunteer involvement with local youth activities.

Currently employed as a manager of Patient Safety and Quality Improvement with the Sunrise Health Region, Lenore is reminded daily of the importance of good teamwork and communication in our interactions and decision making.  The best decisions are arrived at as a result of careful consideration, consultation and collaboration; Lenore is committed to making the best decisions for the education system and for students and citizens.  As a board member, Lenore will act in a manner to support a school system that fosters development of our children as students, individuals and as responsible citizens.

Lenore looks forward to her daughter’s involvement in a leading education system.  She looks forward to this opportunity for all children in the Good Spirit School Division and is committed to ensuring the best educational experience for all children.
